A remarkably uncomfortable stay

The bed was comfortable, and the room had a mini fridge and microwave, making it convenient for late-night snacks.

Check-in took too long with several unanswered bell rings!!! The room lacked charging stations for devices, and no tissues were provided!!! It's hard to recommend a place that misses such basic essentials.

My stay had a comfy room, but the carpet was disgusting.

We just wanted to get away for a few days and found this hotel to be a tremendous bargain. Our room was practical and clean, equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, and cable television with HBO which made our stay comfortable. The complimentary light breakfast was a nice touch, and we enjoyed relaxing on the grand porch, soaking in the calm atmosphere while chatting with the friendly managers.

The King Room had a decent amount of space, but the cleanliness was a letdown. The corners definitely needed a good clean, and the bathroom didn't feel fresh. Also, there was no blanket on the bed, which made for a pretty uncomfortable night's sleep. The staff was really friendly, though, which helped a bit! For the price, I expected more comfort and cleanliness.

Staying here with my three kids was fine for a quick family getaway. We enjoyed some local hiking trails just a short drive away, which kept everyone happy. The room was big enough for the kids to move around comfortably.

The King Room offered a spacious layout, perfect for families needing more room to move around. While the cleanliness of the carpet left much to be desired, the staff was responsive when we reported noise from above, addressing our concern promptly. Unfortunately, the lack of basic amenities, like sufficient charging stations and tissues, detracted from the overall experience. The complimentary breakfast featured options that were quite enjoyable, providing a nice start to our days.

The room was clean and had a super internet connection. Staff was pleasant and even offered to keep my motorcycle under a canopy. Quick access to the exit ramp was convenient for exploring the area.

Exceptional Service Made Our Stay Memorable

Despite some hiccups, the service really stood out. The manager was incredibly helpful, even lending us a shovel when our car got stuck in the snow. The end room with wooded views was a peaceful retreat, perfect after a long journey. Recommend confirming breakfast options beforehand!
